Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and handle merchandise as described in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shift teams, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Ensure high-quality guest service and the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration, deliveries, and inventory tasks.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions, and manage cash accurately.
• Maintain store conditions, safety, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support management with interviewing and onboarding of associates.
