ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative at the Salt Lake City location. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer phones, and collect payments following company guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean front desk, promoting room sales, handling guest requests, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. ESA offers weekly pay and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
• English proficiency for guest interaction

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payments
• Answer phones and handle guest requests with prompt follow-through
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues
• Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts
• Keep front desk and lobby areas organized and clean
• Assist with breakfast display and upsell rooms
• Identify sales opportunities and guest information for follow-up
• Ensure safety and security guidelines are followed
