Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Experience with hotel management software, reservation systems, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service.
• Manage check-in/check-out, room assignments, and payments.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist with reservations and room inventory management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback or service concerns.
• Assist with training and supporting new front desk associates on procedures.
• Maintain guest accounts and assist with reports and cash handling policies.
• Provide guests with accurate information about amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Drive the hotel shuttle when required.
