Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, answer calls, and process payments following company guidelines. The role emphasizes delivering a positive guest experience and maintaining front desk operations with accuracy and courtesy.

The GSR will uphold safety standards, assist with breakfast areas, and contribute to a clean, organized lobby and common spaces. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of the property management system; handle shift reports and audits when needed.
• Comply with safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations and departures accurately.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts for the property.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at front desk and lobby areas.
• Promote Extended Stay America's services and convert inquiries into reservations.
