Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, answer phones, and collect payment in accordance with company procedures. The GSR also handles daily front office paperwork and maintains safety standards throughout the property.

The role requires strong English communication, cash handling, and the ability to provide exceptional service, while maintaining a clean lobby and supporting hotel duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk with check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries as needed.
• Process reservations and payments following company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby in a clean, organized state.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues to management.
• Promote ESA services and upsell breakfast when appropriate.
