Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, process check-ins/outs, answer phones, and handle payments. You will support guest requests, maintain a clean front desk, and contribute to breakfast setup while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, basic math, and experience with a property management system. This role offers weekly pay and a friendly hotel environment in MA.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to operate PMS and audit shift reports.
• Basic math skills for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues via Make it Right process.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with breakfast setup.
• Follow safety and security policies and document daily tasks.
