Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• English proficiency to interact with guests.
• Ability to perform front desk audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment.
• Process reservations, registrations, and departures per policy.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Promote ESA services and upsell where appropriate.
