Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company procedures. The role includes front desk duties, breakfast setup, and occasional housekeeping support to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience and resolve requests with follow-through.
• Process reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments per guidelines.
• Handle guest issues using Make it Right and maintain cash/credit handling.
• Maintain front desk area and breakfast setup; assist housekeeping as needed.
• Promote ESA services to convert inquiries into bookings.
