Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and public spaces.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Handle cash, credit, and city ledger balances.
• Support breakfast display setup and takedown.
