Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, assign rooms, and facilitate services to ensure a memorable stay. You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill requests and enhance the guest experience. Reports to the Assistant Front Office Manager.

The role requires strong communication, attentiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including cash handling and guest assistance throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide overview of hotel and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest needs.
• Recommend restaurants and activities to guests.
• Manage cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for clean, ready rooms.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist in emergencies and security procedures.
• Complete tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
