Aspen One is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and present menus in a timely, professional manner. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and offers a competitive hourly pay range. Deadline to apply is August 30, 2026.

The position requires strong guest service skills, basic math, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High School graduate preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and seat them.
• Communicate wait times and manage expectations for guests.
• Maintain seating chart to allocate tables fairly between servers.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Ensure bar area tables are clean and condiments stocked.
• Assist with restaurant side work to prepare for service.
• Answer phone calls regarding wait times, reservations, and guest questions.
