Aspen Management LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, register and assist throughout their stay, and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy. You will handle payments and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and the local area.

The role requires strong communication, a calm demeanor in busy periods, and a focus on guest satisfaction. This is a frontline position within our hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent guest-service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities; comfortable with hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Complete check-in/check-out and verify reservations.
• Handle payments and process room charges accurately.
• Provide information about rooms, hotel amenities, and local area.
• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area in a clean, organized state.
