Job summary

Aspen One in Snowmass Village seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register arrivals, and handle payments for departures. You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill requests, aiming to enhance the guest experience.

The role reports to the Front Office Manager and requires attentiveness and proactive service in a fast-paced mountain environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and 1 year of guest experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide summary of the hotel and amenities.
• Coordinate with departments for guest needs.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests.
• Maintain cash bank and daily cash settlement.
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
• Comply with hotel policies; assist in emergency procedures.
• Complete tasks delegated by management and assist other departments as needed.
