Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks a Front Desk Agent Intern for The Aspen Mountain Residences in Aspen, Colorado. The role is a hands-on guest-facing position handling check-ins, information, and concierge-style service.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a positive hospitality mindset, and a willingness to learn property management and reservation systems. On-site duties include coordinating with housekeeping and transportation to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and owners in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest and owner inquiries in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about property amenities, services, local attractions, restaurants, and activities in the Aspen area.
• Address guest concerns and requests promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide backup support to the Transportation/Bell department when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records and communicate important information to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
• Consistently demonstrate a commitment to improving guest, owner, and colleague satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established service standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
