Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Concierge to welcome and register guests, provide expert knowledge of the property and local activities, and ensure seamless front desk operations. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and supports housekeeping, security and other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of concierge or customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, vendors and staff.
• Knowledge of local activities, events, and mountain information.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guest's ability, interest and level.
• Check in/out guests following procedures.
• Record guest complaints and notify staff.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies and front desk organization.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guests' needs.
• Maintain cash bank and daily cash settlement.
