Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests across base area, on-mountain and parking lots. You will answer questions, share information about the resort, and help maintain a safe, neat working area.

This seasonal, full-time role reports to the Guest Services Manager and supports the winter season operations at Aspen Snowmass. Candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly with guests in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Answer questions, promote information about the resort and surrounding area.
• Set-up, operate, maintain and break down work area in a safe, neat environment.
• Assist in upkeep of outdoor areas for base operations.
• Know resort weather, snow reports, base area locations, and events.
