Job summary

Aspen One in Snowmass Village is seeking a Guest Service Agent who drives guests to local locations and supports the front desk. You will familiarize guests with points of interest, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and coordinate with the Front Desk for itinerary changes.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and customer service experience. Seasonal full-time and seasonal part-time benefits apply including PTO, ski passes, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver guests to local locations as scheduled by Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with local points of interest and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any problems to Front Office Manager.
• Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures.
• Assist in locating lost baggage and supporting guest services at the airport.
