Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Room Attendant for Aspen Snowmass to clean and service guest rooms, restock supplies, and maintain brand standards. You will work under the Housekeeping Manager in a seasonal full-time role in Colorado.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning, timely guest responses, and reporting room status. Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior cleaning experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of housekeeping policies, cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of linen care, bed-making techniques, and room presentation standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards when handling chemicals.
• Awareness of hotel services to assist guests with inquiries.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, including handling biohazard materials and hazardous cleaners.
• Ability to ensure rooms are cleaned, stocked, and presented to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Leave the guest rooms in a uniform arrangement as determined by housekeeping leadership.
• Communicate efficiently with internal and external customers to help guests with problems, collect accurate information, and diffuse anger when needed.
• Restock all necessary linens and amenities according to the guest room legend.
• Report status of rooms cleaned to supervisor.
• Report any damage, hazards, or repairs needed in rooms to the supervisor.
• Keep corridors and service areas clean and neat.
• Bring linens and garbage to proper areas.
• Update daily room master worksheet before breaks, lunch, and end of shift.
• Perform deep cleaning of rooms twice yearly.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Assume responsibility of all assigned rooms each day.
• Other duties as assigned.
