Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through in-person and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, driving service and sales performance while enhancing guest experiences across salon, skincare, and retail areas.

The role requires strong guest service skills, a passion for beauty, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests in-store and over the phone.
• Assist with services bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests about current promotions and services and suggest add-ons.
• Support the services team by answering calls and resolving guest concerns.
• Maintain service area cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
