Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote services through phone and in-person interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by driving performance, people, and process, while ensuring high guest satisfaction and loyalty.

You will handle bookings, upsell services, and maintain accurate guest records, contributing to a positive, 360-degree guest experience across salon areas and store sections.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and assist with bookings and events.
• Assist with sales, refunds, exchanges, and guest concerns across the services.
• Assist the services team by managing calls, bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Invite guests to try services and recommend products and services to guests.
