Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through phone and in-person interactions. You will represent Ulta Beauty’s image and culture while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

Focus areas include performance, people, and process to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires passion for beauty, outstanding guest service, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS systems, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team with bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
