Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through one-on-one interactions, both over the phone and in person.

They represent the Ulta Beauty image and culture while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in performance, people, and process. This role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni‑channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist with salon phone calls, bookings, guest concerns, and traffic flow.
• Promote services and events with knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
• Support service providers with scheduling and rebooking.
