Qualifications

• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to operate checkout systems and electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping space.
• Share loyalty benefits and explain program details to customers.
• Meet daily sales goals and contribute to store results.
• Support teamwork and a culture of honesty and collaboration.
