Qualifications

• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store, returns, and order pickups.
• Proficient in transactions and operating necessary systems.
• Maintain clean, organized pickup and returns areas.
• Promote Loyalty program benefits and guide customers through checkout.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Provide excellent service throughout the customer journey.
