The role emphasizes multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. AYS colleagues contribute to a welcoming shopping space and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with customers and colleagues.
• Must meet daily sales goals and participate in loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and hospitality, maintain a clean, organized At Your Service area.
• Assist customers with BOPS, returns, order pickups, and curbside where applicable.
• Proficient use of POS systems to complete transactions and transactions processing.
• Promote loyalty benefits and guide customers through enrollment when possible.
• Support team and store operations to ensure a smooth pickup and shopping experience.
