Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS).
• Support merchandise returns and order pickups with accuracy and courtesy.
• Proficient in systems needed to complete transactions and ensure smooth checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space for customers.
• Finish interactions with a sincere thank you and friendly service.
