Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with resort information, and guide them from registration to checkout. You will handle room rate quotes, reservations, and cash/card transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide room rate quotes and reserve/confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure guest folios reflect correct charges.
• Maintain high guest service standards with a smile.
