Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, provide information about the resort, and quote room rates. You will process transactions and help guests check out, ensuring accurate charges and a smooth experience.

Ideal candidates read, write, and understand English, handle cash confidently, and balance receipts in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a guest-focused hospitality team at our properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them from registration to checkout with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide room rate quotes and assist with reservations and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify that charges and credits are correctly reflected in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; respond to guest inquiries quickly.
