You will handle cash and card transactions, quotes, and inquiries while ensuring accurate folios and smooth service across departments. The role requires strong English communication, a friendly personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• One year of guest services experience in hospitality or customer service in service/retail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests from check-in to checkout with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following established procedures and reconcile receipts.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; ensure folios reflect correct charges.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
