Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Experience with front desk operations and cash handling.
• Willingness to cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and requests; resolve issues using Make it Right.
• Process reservations, check-ins/outs, and collect payments.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure hotel lobby cleanliness.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company policies.
