Signature Aviation plc is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist in Santa Fe, NM. You will greet guests and crews, coordinate services, process purchases, and provide concierge support in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

You will work nights, weekends, and holidays, both indoors and outdoors near aircraft and ground equipment, delivering thoughtful service and ensuring a memorable visit for guests and crew.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and crews warmly and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure services are prompt and professional.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per company procedures; may assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Manage inquiries and resolve requests or billing concerns efficiently and politely.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local area information.
• Coordinate with Airside Experience team to ensure services for arriving/departing flights; prioritize tasks for smooth operation.
• Assist crews with luggage and transportation as required; help pilots with weather information and portals.
• Ensure guest areas are stocked and restrooms are clean; maintain lobby and pilot spaces.
• Promote Signature services to aircraft passengers and crew.
