Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to warmly welcome guests, coordinate arrivals and departures, and provide safe, courteous transportation to and from the airport and nearby locations.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather, standing for long periods, and delivering exceptional hospitality in a luxury, high-demand environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews; escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Assist with luggage and transport to terminal, hotel, or nearby locations; fulfill special requests.
• Coordinate ground transportation; drive and secure guest vehicles; valet parking.
• Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors per security procedures.
• Stop unsafe work; report concerns and cooperate with management.
• Create records of time worked and services performed.
• Communicate passenger information with crew and company personnel.
• Use CRM to review and update customer preferences for personalized service.
• Conduct ID checks for terminal/AOA entry per security procedures.
