Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly greet guests and crews, escort them as needed, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and accurate handling of guest transactions.

Ideal candidates have strong hospitality skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to multi-task in indoor/outdoor settings near aircraft.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews and escort to entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to ensure services are handled promptly and accurately.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions.
• Provide concierge services (hotel bookings, ground transportation, catering, customs appointments).
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities and services for guests’ needs.
