Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, escort them, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit. You will coordinate services, handle guest inquiries, and assist with purchases and fuel transactions in a fast-paced aviation environment.

This role requires flexibility for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to operate indoors and outdoors near aircraft and ground service equipment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer-experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks and drug tests for airport security badge eligibility.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow directions and exercise good judgment.

Aufgaben

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escorting them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other visitors to ensure services are handled professionally and accurately.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions as per procedures.
• Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and appointment arrangements.
• Handle inquiries, resolve requests, and manage billing disputes efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and local information.
