The role requires multitasking, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexibile availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store and other transactions.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized to ensure a friction-free experience.
• Recover merchandise and maintain a clean, inviting shopping space.
• Promote Loyalty program benefits and thank customers at checkout.
