Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and returns.
• Support total store fulfillment and ensure the pickup experience is friction-free.
• Keep the pickup and return areas clean and organized.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist customers in-store.
