Job summary

Aramark Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Worker II at our Columbia, SC location. You will greet guests, manage reservations, assist with guest needs, and escalate issues to ensure a smooth experience for travelers and visitors.

Responsibilities include handling cash/credit transactions, answering inquiries by phone and email, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a seamless guest journey. Previous guest services experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
• Supply guests with directions, travel information, and information about services and points of interest.
• Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
