Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Hospitality Worker I for indoor guest services to ensure guest satisfaction through reservation bookings and responsive service. The role involves assisting guests, handling cash/credit transactions, and addressing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior guest services experience, strong customer service, and solid written/interpersonal communication skills, along with good organizational abilities to manage tasks accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide customer service while anticipating needs
• Book reservations and coordinate registration
• Operate a register and process cash/credit card transactions
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
