Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Hospitality Worker II to ensure guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating concerns. The role involves cash handling, face-to-face service, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions and information, operating a register, handling inquiries via phone and email, and maintaining a positive service mindset across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience is required.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
• Supply guests with directions, travel information, and services available.
• Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register and/or software to complete cash and card transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests and staff.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
