Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, proactive customer service.
• Supply guests with directions and travel information as needed.
• Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register or software for cash and card transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails; deliver messages as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high-quality guest interactions.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns with departments.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
