Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to create an epic guest experience. You will greet members and guests with energy and warmth, check them in, and ensure they feel welcome and important throughout their visit.

You will manage phone inquiries, direct guests to the right staff, assist with ProShop sales, and help keep the lobby, registration area, and front desk operations running smoothly as part of a collaborative club team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk hospitality: greet members and guests with EPIC hospitality and farewells.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phone calls with appropriate Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Direct guests to appropriate Fitness Consultant and manage front desk communications.
• Assist with routing telephone inquiries and maintain a clean, organized entry.
