Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to deliver EPIC hospitality to members and guests in our Texas club. You will greet, check-in, register guests, answer calls, and help route inquiries to fitness consultants.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean front desk, assisting with ProShop sales, and supporting teammates to achieve daily goals. Prior hospitality experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly.
• Must have strong English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC hospitality and assist with check-ins.
• Register guests and direct inquiries to Fitness Consultants.
• Operate the front desk, answer calls, and route information professionally.
• Assist ProShop with merchandising and sales goals as needed.
• Maintain front desk area neat and club cleanliness.
