Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to create an epic welcome for every member and guest. You will check in members, register guests, answer calls, and route inquiries with professionalism in a fast-paced gym environment.

You will also support Pro Shop operations, assist with retail sales, and help maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Training through EPIC Program is provided to develop product knowledge and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check in members using proper procedures and register guests as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with routing telephone inquiries and directing guests to Fitness Consultants.
• Maintain Pro Shop area and assist with stock and POS transactions.
• Complete opening and closing duties and keep the front desk tidy and organized.
