Fitness Connection in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate. You will greet members and guests, assist with check-ins and guest registrations, answer phones, and route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.

You will contribute to an energetic club environment and support daily operations. Our Front Desk teammates participate in the EPIC Training Program to build strong product knowledge, service skills, and familiarity with membership systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must follow instructions and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Engage Members/Guests with friendly greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures and register guests when needed.
• Answer phones promptly with professional verbiage.
• Direct inquiries to Fitness Consultants as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entryway.
• Assist with basic club operations and opening/closing duties.
