Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for a Front Desk Hospitality teammate to welcome members and guests and deliver outstanding service. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-ins, registrations, and inquiries with a focus on creating an EPIC experience.

You will also assist with retail pro shop, routing calls, and maintaining a clean, organized front area. Strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a busy front desk setting.
• Hospitality mindset with a welcoming, energetic presence.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members and guests with EPIC hospitality.
• Check in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer calls promptly with standard Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Serve as information hub for members, guests and teammates.
• Maintain front desk and entryway neat, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and daily cleaning routines.
