Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members using proper procedures.
• Register guests and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Answer phones promptly with standard verbiage.
• Assist with ProShop sales and merchandise stock.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and entryway cleanliness.
• Support club operations and complete opening/closing duties.
