Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Peabody, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and keep the front-end area clean and organized.

You will handle payments securely, answer basic product questions, stay up to date on promotions, and promote offerings to customers while delivering world-class service to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service by following PGATSS service behaviors.
• Greet and assist customers in the Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, discounts, promotions, and loyalty rewards per SOP.
• Keep Front-End areas clean, organized, and well merchandised to drive sales.
• Ensure Front-End equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Provide product information and direct customers to store areas or team members.
• Stay informed about promotions and merchandise events to maintain strong presence.
• Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
• Promote products and educate customers about services.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities to improve experience.
