PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Massachusetts to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, delivering world-class service throughout the checkout process. You will handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while maintaining a clean, organized front-end area and ensuring secure payments.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interaction, product knowledge, and up-selling during promotions, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Engage with every Customer in the Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk) and deliver world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payments securely and provide product information to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized Front-End and ensure merchandise presence supports sales.
