Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service at the Front-End (Cashier Area and Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Handle payments securely and in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide product information and direct Customers to store areas or team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized Front-End and ensure merchandise presence.
