Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk to deliver world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty rewards, discounts and promotions.
• Maintain front-end areas with merchandise presence and clean presentation.
• Handle payments securely following SOP.
• Provide store information and direct customers as needed.
• Stay up to date on promotions and assist merchandising events.
